How Fast Can You Run?

Are any of you runners? Here's a list of my favorite songs for doing sprints. Do any of you have any others you'd like to suggest?

And yeah, I know, I'm so punk rock :D

AC/DC - Rocker
The Beastie Boys - Sure Shot
Foo Fighters - Good Grief
Green Day - Jaded
Green Day - Platypus
Green Day - St. Jimmy
The Ramones - Judy Is A Punk
Rancid - Motorcycle Ride
Suicidal Tendencies - Possessed
Suicidal Tendencies - Won't Fall In Love

Continually, a work in progress.

Problems With Plastics

Looks like it's time to switch to aluminum water bottles and fabric covered glass containers. Turns out that numbers (recycle codes) 1 - 7 aren't as safe as advertised. Check out the link below for more detailed info about why this is still a problem.

This may take some time.

The Wee Hours of Sunday Morning...

Hello all. It's been a while. You aren't the only one's I've been neglecting (sorry 'bout that by the way). Haven't been exercising, haven't touched the Sims game in a while, and also have been a bit too enamored of Netflix of late. What's up with that right? It's like the tar pits all over again isn't it?

So, I think, a new approach is necessary here. Dusting off the running shoes. And get ready, new posts are a coming soon.

Who Wants to Read About the History of Punk Rock in East L.A.? Hello? Everyone!

Hello everyone, I know it's been a while. Going to start off with some news about a cool publication. The latest issue of UCLA's Aztlan (Aztlán: A Journal of Chicano Studies) is out, featuring articles about East L.A.'s punk scene by Colin Gunckel, Dan Vargas and Jimmy Alvarado.

You can procure copies here.
Pssst! It also includes some photographs by me ;D
